Chap3b Muscle Stiffness, Stress Causes Brain Injury and Muscle Stiffness

Stiffness in the muscles

Stiffness in the muscles of the body is a memory of stress carved in the body. That bad memory can inhibit your recovery from depression.

In my previous story, “Chapter 3: Stress Causes Amygdala Injury,” I explained that continuous stress causes injury in the amygdala of the brain.

In order to cure depression with acupuncture treatment, the reality of stress must be clarified before it cures. Indeed, Eastern medicine discusses the existence of invisible “chi”. In Western medicine, it is called “mind” or “psychology.

Although it may be visible to some people who are considered masters, neither “chi” nor “mind” or “psychology” can be approached in substance by anyone, by seeing with their eyes or touching with their hands.

This means that there is no objective treatment that anyone can do.

Although it may be visible to some people who are masters, neither “chi” nor “mind” or “psychology” can be approached in substance by anyone, by seeing with their eyes or touching with their hands.

This means that there is no objective treatment that anyone can do.

I prefer to think of stress in terms of visible, touchable entities rather than invisible chi, mind, and psychology.

The reason for this is to specifically cure depression with acupuncture treatment. We need a universal theory system. If we can show the objective reality of stress that everyone can see and touch, then we can remove the reality of stress in a concrete way.

Now let’s analyze the reality of stress. Let’s consider the general framework.

Classify continuous stress

I classify stress into two types. One is primary stress. The other is secondary stress, which is created by primary stress.

Primary stress

Primary stress is created by the environment surrounding a person, which cannot be avoided by one’s own will alone.

This includes chronic long working hours, lack of sleep due to busyness, human relationships (at home, at work, at school), and physical exertion. The most common is loneliness. These are the primary stresses that cause depression.

This is beyond the scope of what acupuncture can do. You may not change your work environment with acupuncture, and you may not directly change your relationships at work or school with ten sticks of acupuncture.

However, if you stick 100 beauty needles in your face, you will have a smaller face, more confidence in your face, and your interpersonal relationships may change, but overall, it is beyond the scope of acupuncture.

Secondary stress

As explained above, the primary stress causes the body’s posture to curl up or cinch up. If this bad posture continues for a long time, the same muscles will contract all the time, and this will cause poor blood circulation in the body.

This leads to painful symptoms such as stiff neck, stiff shoulders, lower back pain, and coldness in the body.

The bad news is that even if your primary stress has gone away, your pain and suffering will not disappear.

This is the memory of stress etched in the body.

Your body keeps a stiff neck, shoulders, back pain, and coldness. Those will notify the brain of unpleasant information such as “pain, suffering, and coldness. This notification becomes stressful.

This is the secondary chronic stress, which is uninterrupted for 24 hours. It is continuous and uninterrupted stress that creates an overproduction of the anti-tress hormone cortisol.

Stress and Muscle Stiffness in the Body

From the previous explanations, we have learned that there are two types of stress: primary stress and secondary stress.

Primary stress is created by the environment around us. This is the part that is difficult to treat with acupuncture.

The secondary stress is muscle stiffness and coldness due to reduced blood flow to the muscles. The pain and suffering of secondary stress will worsen depression and hinder recovery.

The good news is that if the symptoms are stiffness in the muscles and coldness due to decreased blood flow, then acupuncture is the target itself.

If you use acupuncture to remove muscle stiffness and coldness caused by decreased blood flow, you will be able to cure your depression.

In fact, depression has been cured in an incredibly short period of time by this method.

Summary

The anti-stress hormone cortisol is produced in the brain to protect the body from stress. 24 hours of continuous stress makes exceeded cortisol. Then it causes brain nerves to atrophy and creates cell death in the amygdala of the brain.

That is the brain injury in amygdala damage that causes depression.

In addition to injury brain, stress also causes muscle stiffness, decreased blood flow, and coldness in the body. This also worsens depression and prevents recovery.

First of all, to cure depression, you should rest away from the primary stress. The next is that removing the stiffness from the muscles of the body.

The best way is Acupuncture treatment for removing the stiffness from the muscles of the body.
