Treatment Fee

Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment：
Yen 4000.

Additional fee of an initial visit only：
Yen 1000.

The Acupuncture and Moxibustion treatment time is about 60 mins which includes Q&A and diagnosis of your body.

Nation Health Insurance

The Kirara acupuncture & moxibustion is qualified a facility where the use of the Nation Health Insurance and the National Labor Insurence(worker’s accident compensation insurance) was admitted.

If you are a member of the National Health Insurance system in Japan, your payment will be only partial.

★A doctor's consent form is required for use of National Health Insurance.
You can not use National Health Insurance(Discount fee) without a consent form.

Please have your family doctor write one for you.
The patient will obtain the consent form themselves.
The necessary documents of the consent form will be given to you when you come our clinic at the first time.

National Labor Insurence

In case of National Labor Insurance, all of treatment cost is zero, Japan government will pay it instead of you.

In order to use the National Labor Insurance, you need below four conditions:

1. Your accident was occurred in your company work time including a commuting.
2. Your company is a member of National Labor Insurance.
3. Your company accepts your accident company's responsibility.
4. The agreement by the doctor for Acupuncture treatment.
